Scholarship Application

The Harm Reduction Project has a limited number of scholarships available for the Second National Conference on Methamphetamine, HIV, and Hepatitis. Last year, we received an overwhelming number of requests for scholarships and were unable to fill them all.

Scholarships are partial; they will only cover partial accommodations and provide a discount for registration costs. Please note that we do not offer scholarships for travel or meals. Please be aware that we will have more scholarship requests than available funding. The deadline for submitting scholarships is October 1, 2006

 

To request a scholarship, please submit the following information:

 

(1) Your name, occupation, organizational affiliation, daytime phone number, mailing address, and email address, on your organization's letterhead. Please let us know if you plan to, or have already submitted an abstract.

(2) A second page that included an explanation of your need, how your attendance at the conference will be beneficial to the conference, your organization, and/or your community. Forms may be returned by
